Cool and Creamy Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail

A cool, creamy and minty ice cream cocktail that is tasty after dinner or as a special afternoon Summer treat. The Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail can be dressed up with a cookie straw and some whipped cream, although we think this pretty mint treat is gorgeous on it's own. Making Grasshopper ice cream cocktails is simple with just a few ingredients. 

Here is what you will need:

Grasshopper Ice Cream Cocktail (click here to print)

Ingredients:

• 1.75 qt Carton of Vanilla Ice Cream
• 2 shots of Creme De Menthe Liqueur
• 2 shots of Creme De Cocoa Liqueur

Directions:

 Using a blender mix together ice cream and liqueurs until completely combined. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes approximately 4 servings.
